Ingredients
- 1 egg Can substitute with grounded flax (1 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp psyllium husk powder
- 1 pinch salt optional
Instructions
- Melt butter in mixing bowl, 20 seconds in microwave
- Mix egg, melted butter, almond flour, baking powder, psyllium husk powder and salt in mixing bowl with whisk or fork
- spread out mixture in flat plate
- microwave for 90-120 seconds
