Ingredients

  • 1 egg Can substitute with grounded flax (1 tbsp)
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp psyllium husk powder
  • 1 pinch salt optional

Instructions

  • Melt butter in mixing bowl, 20 seconds in microwave
  • Mix egg, melted butter, almond flour, baking powder, psyllium husk powder and salt in mixing bowl with whisk or fork
  • spread out mixture in flat plate
  • microwave for 90-120 seconds
